Environmental control: ensure that the storage environment temperature is 18~28°C, and the relative humidity is between 40%~60%. Use a moisture-proof box to keep the humidity below 10%, and check and record the temperature and humidity values regularly5
Process control: When unpacking moisture-sensitive components, wear electrostatic bracelets and gloves and operate on a desktop with good electrostatic protection. Check the humidity indicator card to make sure the components meet the requirements.
Control method: Use moisture-proof bags, desiccant and air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other equipment to maintain a constant temperature and humidity environment
